SOS Automotive Specialties Company has been manufacturing industrial quality engine pre-lubrication systems and oil change systems for automotive, marine, heavy equipment and aircraft engines since 1986.

John Young, the designer and builder of the Pow-R-Lube system, has worked as a journeyman auto mechanic for over 30 years. John has written many articles about his experiences. While not a professional writer, his style is informative and entertaining. All the articles presented here have appeared in the pages of automotive magazines. Most have been previously published in the 'Mechanic's Notebook' column of SK Publications based in Monrovia, Ca.
